Workshop description:
The goal of neuromotor rehabilitation is to stimulate physiological movements of the hand and arm as a whole, thereby enhancing neuroplastic changes in patients recovering from stroke. The workshop will demonstrate how modern technologies, including robotic and computer-assisted devices, can support patients in restoring or improving motor abilities, encompassing both fine and gross motor skills of the hand and arm.
Through targeted tasks and interactive exercises, patients are encouraged to reach their maximum potential. Continuous individualized monitoring throughout each stage of upper limb recovery allows treatment to be adapted to the patient’s current condition. In addition to motor rehabilitation, cognitive functions can also be trained. This systematic approach ensures patient engagement, objective monitoring of recovery, and individualized therapy adjustment.
